Hello all, Ubly's annual sports physical day is scheduled for Thursday, May 16th. Physicals are $10 and will take place in the in the new gym and adjacent locker rooms from 8:00am - 3:00pm. Students must have cash/check and a complete form filled out and on hand the day of the physical. *Incomplete forms and payment will not be accepted* Students wishing to take part in any fall, winter, and spring sport for the 2024/2025 school year are required to have a current physical on file. Students and parents can get a copy of the required physical form either on the school website under the athletic tab or in the high school office or athletic office.
